When you use FORGE, we may collect the following information:
Account Information: Email address and password used to create your account.
Profile Information: Name, age, gender, body weight, fitness experience level, and training preferences you provide during onboarding.
Workout Data: Exercise logs, sets, reps, weights, RPE ratings, one-rep max values, workout sessions, and progress data generated through your use of the app.
Equipment Preferences: Training location, available equipment, and weight variants you select.
We use the information we collect to:
• Generate and personalize your training program
• Track your workout progress over time
• Provide AI-powered coaching and exercise form analysis
• Adjust your program based on performance and progression
• Improve and maintain the app experience
Your data is stored securely on cloud servers powered by Supabase. We use industry-standard security measures to protect your information from unauthorized access, alteration, or destruction.
We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties. We will never share your data with advertisers. Your workout data and personal information remain private to your account.
You have the right to:
• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Update or correct your personal information at any time through the app
• Delete your account and all associated data permanently using the "Delete Account" option in your profile
When you delete your account, all your personal data, workout history, and program data are permanently removed from our servers.
FORGE is not intended for children under the age of 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16. If we become aware that we have collected data from a child under 16, we will take steps to delete it promptly.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any significant changes by posting the updated policy within the app. Your continued use of FORGE after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
